Day to Day – Trainee Recruitment Entry Level
- Build relationships with both Candidates and Clients.
- Networking ( Build your network through LinkedIn and other job platforms)
- Market mapping and company research
- Communicating with CEO’s, MEO’s and directors daily
- Reviewing CV’s and screen calling potential candidates
- Business development and cold calling both clients and candidates ( Build your portfolio)
- Set up interviews and help candidates step by step through the process.

Salary
1st year – £35,000 – £45,000 OTE
2nd year – £55,000 – £70,000 OTE
3rd year – £75,000 – £90,000 OTE
