The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working across the Quant Trading market, you will work closely with your senior manager to source the best talent within the UK and the US. You will have full access to the companies existing client base to get you off to a flying start, and then have the chance to build up your own exclusive client list.
With the company planning on doubling in size over the next two years, now is the perfect time to start your career here, as you will be expected to progress at a quick rate whilst the trading market is absolutely booming. This means you will be in the position to run your own team, whilst earning team override, when the company is in it’s prime.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling businesses to win new clients
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Sourcing top talent through networking, headhunting, and advertising
- Constantly updating the company database with new candidates and clients
- Manging the end to end interview process
- Preparing candidates for their interviews
- Negotiating the best package for your candidates and closing deals!

- Degree educated in any discipline
- Background working in a client-facing role is desirable
- Positive mindset and excellent problem solving skills
