- Fast paced sales role – headhunt, cold call, advertise and negotiate
- Focus on the Tech space, specifically AI and Cloud
- Placing Senior and C-suite professionals into Hedge Funds and Private Equity
- Average fee sizes of 75k – with a 40% commission structure, you will be taking home a good chunk of this
- Top billers are doing 800k+
- Based in Bank, London
- Founded in 2018 and already tripled in size due to workload, with 30 heads at the moment, and hoping to add 3 more for a September start
The Incentives to the Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 28k base salary with an increase to 32k once promoted
- Guidance throughout and 1-on-1 support from the beginning
- Promotion tends to be within 6 months
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- 28 days paid holiday + birthdays + 5 days at Christmas off
- WFH 1-2 days a week
- Spin the wheel every month for a random fun incentive
- Team holidays every September – Mallorca, Mykonos or New York
- Casual office attire
- Early finish Thursdays and Fridays
- Office rooftop bar
- Dart board and pool table

- 2:1 from a top 50 university
- Strong A Levels
- Outgoing and personable
- Confident communication
- Financially motivated – a good reason for wanting to work hard and earn money
- Competitive – sports background
