Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Sales People Wanted!

With a wide variety of specialties such as Cloud & infrastructure, Cyber Security, Projects Change & Transformation to name a few allows for the next set of hungry individuals to be exposed to some big names in the tech sector in one of the most buoyant and EVERGROWING sectors!
They work with some big clients such as Monzo, Sky, ASOS, Crypto and BBC to name a few of their 500 clients that they cater for across the many sectors!
From DAY 1 you’ll have access to their full commission structure that goes up to 40% with set clear promotion targets where their average consultant achieves in their first 3-6 months due to their industry leading training managed by the founders with a combines 50 years industry knowledge!

Day to Day of the Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- CV Review: Review resumes submitted by candidates for open positions. Identify potential matches based on qualifications and experience.
- Phone Screenings: Conduct phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit. Provide information about the company and position.
- Client Meetings: Meet with hiring managers or clients to discuss job requirements, candidate profiles, and the overall recruitment strategy. Address any questions or concerns.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create or update job postings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates. Craft compelling job descriptions.
- Networking: Attending industry events, webinars, or connecting with potential candidates on professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure everyone has the necessary information and logistics.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates. Assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
