The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Located in the heart of central London and founded in 2015, this company have surpassed every milestone set for themselves. They are one of the biggest names in the industry, specialising in the hedge funds and investment management space, working with the likes of DE Shaw, Deloitte, and GSA Capital. - £26k base salary which is increased to £30k after 6 months!!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling – potential clients and candidates, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this
- Guiding candidates through the process – offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
- Attending client meetings – visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they are after in their new hires
- Researching your sector in depth – constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector to make sure you stay up to date with any new developments that occur
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Resilient – keeping positive and constantly striving to better yourself even if a few setbacks occur
- Competitive in nature – a background in a competitive sport/activity is highly desirable
- Money motivated – willing to go above and beyond to achieve your targets which leads to you getting financially rewarded
- Previous experience in a sales environment – highly desirable but not necessary
