Who is the COMPANY you will work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
This firm was founded in 2015 and has quickly grown to a company of 30 heads across two offices (London and Manchester). They focus on the technology market and cover any job roles from Data Analyst to Java, Change and Transformation, and IT Infrastructure. Each desk has a speciality area, meaning you will become an expert in the area you focus on.
They work with international businesses across the UK, US, and Europe. You will work with excellent brands such as Monzo, Lego, Asos, and HSBC, showing the extent of their success.
Furthermore you will work closely with the founders of the business during your onboarding, meaning the exposure and support you receive will be second to none. What’s more every consultant who has joined the firm has been promoted within just 6 months and been well on their way to earning upwards of £50k in their first year.

- Uncapped commission seeing you earn upwards of £50k in your first year

- Quarterly bonus for hitting 110% of target (£1k bonus per quarter)

What is the ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Building up your client base and maintaining excellent relationships
- Mapping the technology markets and understanding the top firms and top players in the industry
- Outreaching candidates on LinkedIn and through advertising
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients
- Managing the admin of the interview process (scheduling meetings, passing feedback to both parties etc.)
- Negotiating contracts (salaries, start dates, bonus, etc.)
- Creating your own unique online brand and putting out relevant content to your network
Who is the IDEAL CANDIDATE to become a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Evidence of hard work and excellence in any area (work/sports/academia/music etc.)
- Financially and career motivated – want more for yourself than an average career route
- Positive attitude and strong problem solving abilities
- Confident and articulate on the phone
