The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Are you looking to build your career with the backing of a successful business behind you? Here you will have access to the 5 directors, with a combined total of 100 years of experience behind them. They have built up over 10 successful teams amongst them and are looking to continue expanding by adding 10 new graduates to their team.
Each consultant that joins the business has earnt over £55k in their first year and have received 2 promotions within 18 months, demonstrating just how good the opportunity is. You will also be working with international businesses based in Asia, the US, and Europe, offering incredible exposure.

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £28k, rising to £30k after 6 months service
- Uncapped commission structure, rising to 45%, seeing you earn £60k in your first year
- 12-week training programme, including scenario training, classroom sessions, and shadowing
- Quick and clear career progression, seeing you progress to a Team Lead within 3 years

- 25 days holiday + 3-weeks work from anywhere options (home, abroad, etc.)

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to win new clients
- Attending client meetings and building excellent relationships with them
- Talent sourcing through headhunting and networking
- Pairing your candidates with the best suited clients
- Being the middleman throughout the process
- Closing deals and ensuring your candidate is offered the salary they are looking for
- Building your online brand and developing your network
- Consistently work towards your individual targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated with a 2:1 in any discipline
- Resilient nature and able to bounce back from failure
- Competitive with a background in sports, debate, etc.
- Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic salary
- Ambitious and looking to build a successful career
