Key Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Interviewing and Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates’ skills and experiences with client requirements.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the business
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different offices and departments to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any subject
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
