Role Overview: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a recruiter, you’ll guide companies in finding their ideal candidates. Your responsibilities include:
- Defining job requirements and identifying the key skills needed for each role
- Sourcing candidates using a range of recruitment channels
- Reviewing, screening, and shortlisting applications
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Selecting candidates who best align with role and company culture
- Managing offer negotiations, including salary and terms
- Supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful transition
