The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Be the link between top talent and global finance powerhouses.
• Build your own network of high-flying professionals.
• Become an expert in investment banking & alternative finance hiring.

Day-to-Day:

• Research & headhunt future leaders using social media platforms & global databases
• Build relationships with candidates & guide them through career moves
• Meet with global clients to understand their hiring needs
• Develop your personal brand in the finance & investment space
• Work closely with senior recruiters & industry mentors
• Create compelling adverts & content to attract top talent
