The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You’ll join a specialist recruitment firm focused on technology, digital, and transformation markets, working across everything from entry-level hires to executive search.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Build new client relationships and win business
- Advertise roles and source top-tier candidates
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews
- Prepare candidates for high-stakes processes
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Hit targets and maximise your commission
