The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Candidate Engagement

  • Sourcing and headhunting top talent via social media platforms, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Advertising live roles and screening candidates
  • Managing candidates through the full interview lifecycle and providing strategic guidance

Business Development

  • Prospecting new clients through cold outreach and networking
  • Building and managing long-term client relationships
  • Attending meetings to understand hiring needs and consult on recruitment strategies

  • Ambitious, resilient, and results-driven
  • Proven examples of a strong work ethic (academia, sport, sales, or similar)
  • Degree educated or with relevant sales/recruitment experience
