The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £27,500, increasing to £30,000 after promotion
- On-target-earnings of £55,000+ in your first year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Candidate Engagement
- Sourcing and headhunting top talent via social media platforms, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Advertising live roles and screening candidates
- Managing candidates through the full interview lifecycle and providing strategic guidance
Business Development
- Prospecting new clients through cold outreach and networking
- Building and managing long-term client relationships
- Attending meetings to understand hiring needs and consult on recruitment strategies

- Proven examples of a strong work ethic (academia, sport, sales, or similar)
- Degree educated or with relevant sales/recruitment experience
