What You’ll Do – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained by the best and supported to hit the ground running. This is a sales-focused, people-driven role where no two days are the same. You’ll learn the ropes fast and make an impact even faster.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing top talent via social media platforms, job boards, and headhunting strategies
- Managing client relationships – understanding hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
- Coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through the hiring process
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of hiring trends and salary benchmarks
- Building your network by attending industry events and staying active in your space
