This is an ideal opportunity for ambitious individuals aiming to earn up to £50k in their first year, £70k in year 2, up to £100k in year 3.
You will be joining a high-performing FinTech recruitment agency with offices in both the UK and the US, offering the chance to relocate to their Miami office after just a couple of years!
By working in the US market, you’ll benefit from average fee sizes of up to £80k, which means bigger billings, more commission and HUGE earning potential!

What you will be doing: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Source and headhunt top talent within the FinTech space
- Build strong client relationships through meetings and consultative calls
- Pitch recruitment solutions and negotiate business terms
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the entire hiring process
- Close deals and earn commission from day one!
Who We’re Looking For: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree Educated (2:1 and above)
- Proven work ethic
- Commercial mindset (experience in sales or customer service a plus)
- Confident, resilient, and a great communicator
- Competitive, ambitious, and eager to hit targets
- Team player with a mature, driven attitude
