The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You’ll be trained from the ground up and quickly given responsibility across:
- Generating new business and building client relationships
- Writing and advertising roles
- Reviewing CVs and interviewing candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Hitting (and exceeding) targets to earn commission
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll likely have:
- Some exposure to sales or a commercial environment (6+ months ideal)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working in a professional setting
- A competitive edge, confidence, and ambition
- Drive, resilience, and a genuine hunger for success
