- £28k base salary: OTE in year 1 of £55k!
- Direct training from the £1millon-billing Partners

The day-to-day: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Proactively cold-calling potential clients and candidates, while confidently managing and overcoming rejection.
- Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing guidance at each stage and handling any negotiations that arise.
- Attending client meetings and visiting offices to gain a clear understanding of the specific qualities and requirements sought in new hires.
- Conducting in-depth sector research to remain up to date with market trends and new developments.
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree-educated
- Ideally some sales experience
- Competitive edge: Sports or competitive hobbies highly desirable
- Money-motivated and keen to be the best and take advantage of this opportunity
