What You’ll Do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Identify and research candidates using databases, directories, press, and industry sources
- Conduct phone outreach and update candidate information
- Collect factual and qualitative insights on top talent
- Build your own professional network and relationships
- Attend events and support business development
- Develop expertise in your market and eventually manage your own client portfolio
- Collaborate closely with the team and contribute from day one
What We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Degree in any discipline from a top 40 UK university, 2:1 or above
- Sales or recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential
- Ambition, resilience, and a drive to succeed in a high-reward environment
- Ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain motivation
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
