What You’ll Do – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
In this role, you’ll receive full training, hands-on mentoring and ongoing support from experienced leaders. You’ll learn how to manage the complete recruitment process while working with some of the most exciting companies in the tech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and direct headhunting
- Build strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and company culture
- Interview and assess candidates through calls, screening, and background checks
- Conduct market research on tech trends, salary insights, and candidate availability
- Drive business development activities, identifying new opportunities through outreach and networking
What We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This role is perfect for 2025 graduates or individuals with early commercial/sales experience who want to transition into recruitment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
