The Job – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast paced sales role, offering your insights to both clients and candidates
- Understanding the market and what you can bring to the table
- Negotiating with clients to gain the best deal
- Sourcing and screening candidates through cold calling, social media platforms, headhunting and advertising
- Organizing their interview schedule and helping them with advice on how to succeed with difficult interview questions
The Ideal Candidate for the Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from any discipline
- Sales experience such as B2B or cold calling
- An articulate strong communicator
- Charismatic and personable
