- £28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k on average, with their top performer taking home £65k last year
- Fast track promotions – achieve your first promotion in your first 8-9 months and also receive an increase in base salary to £30k
- Two week shut down over Christmas and 25 days holiday
- Commission structure that goes all the way up to 45% with no threshold, allowing you to earn from every £1 you bill

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is the process of finding and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. It involves:
- Job Definition: Defining the role, qualifications, and skills needed.
- Sourcing: Attracting candidates through job boards, social media, or referrals.
- Screening: Reviewing resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
- Interviewing: Assessing candidates through interviews or tests.
- Selection: Choosing the best candidate based on fit and qualifications.
- Offer and Negotiation: Presenting a job offer and negotiating terms if needed.
- Onboarding: Integrating the new hire into the organisation.
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 / 1st class degree or sales experience
- Competitive in nature – a background in sports is highly desirable but not necessary
- Financially motivated with the desire to earn BIG!!
- Hard working and results driven individual
