I am exclusively partnered with a high-performing FinTech recruitment company that is looking to bring on ambitious new-starters who have had previous sales experience: specialising in placing tech talent into some of the biggest hitters in the UK & US financial space. Expect to be trained by senior consultants who bill £700k annually, so you can truly become an expert in dynamic market. With an uncapped commission structure that goes up to 40%, expect to earn BIG MONEY.
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Become an expert in the UK & US FinTech market and build relationships with exciting and impressive stakeholders:
- Advise and consult your clients
- Source brilliant talent for your clients
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, preparing them for interviews and closing deals
- Negotiate high-value placements

- Strong experience in sales, business development, or a target-driven role
- Great communication and relationship-building skills

What is on Offer: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27,000 basic salary with uncapped commission
- Realistic on-track earnings
- Year1 = £40k+
- Year 2 OTE: £40,000 – £60,000+
- Year 3 OTE: £60,000 – £100,000+
