The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You’ll be trained by experienced mentors to master every aspect of recruitment, from client development to closing high-value placements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Sourcing – Find, engage, and place top-tier professionals within high-paying, niche roles
  • Business Development – Use cold calling, networking and word of mouth to build your client base
  • Client meetings – Meet decision-makers face-to-face to understand hiring needs and strengthen relationships
  • Negotiation & Closing – Guide candidates through offers and secure deals that benefit all parties
  • Market Research – Become an expert in your niche, stay ahead of hiring trends and competitor activity

Who We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Strong academic background – ideally from a top university
  • Resilience – determined, goal-oriented, and unafraid of rejection
  • Financial motivation – you’re ambitious, hungry for success, and driven by high earnings
  • Internship or sales experience – highly desirable but not essential
