The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Drive business development to win new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Source top candidates via headhunting, networking, and advertising.
- Interview and match candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
- Negotiate offers and contracts.
- Grow your personal brand and professional network.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets.

- Starting salary: £28,000, rising to £30,000 after 6 months.
- Uncapped commission structure up to 40%.
