- £27.5k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £50k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Build and manage relationships with start-ups, scale-ups, and key decision-makers
- Understand client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Source and engage top tier talent across multiple channels
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer
- Act as the main liaison between candidates and clients throughout the process
- Provide interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation support
- Drive new business through outreach and pitching to high-growth tech companies
- Consistently hit or exceed placement, revenue, and growth targets
