- £25k base salary with on average earnings in your first year being £45k+.

The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning of new clients and further development of the business.
- The maintenance/ development of outstanding client relations.
- Headhunting candidates through processes including networking etc
- Management of your candidates interview process, providing support and advice.
- The negotiation of your candidates salary + benefits.
Ideal Candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated
- Great communication skills, with ability to have conservations with a wide range of different individuals.
- Competitive in nature- e.g. sports, education
- Money motivated and driven to succeed in their chosen career.
- Ability to take on feedback/setbacks and turn them into positives.
