Our client is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team!
Looking to make an impact on global health, providing solutions to clients supporting their growth using bespoke methods including embedded recruitment, retained, contingent and contract recruitment.

The Requirements as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recently graduated from university
- OR Strong A-Level/BTEC results
- Work experience in a fast paced environment (Customer Assistant, Hospitality etc.)
- Naturally work well in a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Self-starter, self-motivated and goal orientated
The Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Once trained by a senior mentor, you will become an expert in your role as a recruitment consultant. On a day to day basis you will be doing the following:
- Finding and qualifying candidates using all the tools and resources provided
- Writing and publishing adverts
- Headhunting ‘A grade’ candidates through various platforms
- Building candidate market maps
- Booking and running candidate meetings
- Arranging candidate interviews, including preparing candidates, and collecting feedback
- Lead generation and conversion
- Building relationships with hiring managers
- Establishing your own brand in the market through a variety of mechanisms
- Working towards the monthly targets and achieving all objectives and targets agreed with team leader/mentor
