What’s on Offer – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £30K base salary + uncapped commission
- Year 1 OTE: £50K+ | Year 2 OTE: £65K+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business Development: Build and manage relationships with clients across software, data, cloud, and emerging tech sectors
- Talent Sourcing: Write and post engaging job adverts, review CVs, and identify top technical talent
- Headhunting: Proactively approach skilled professionals not actively on the market
- Candidate Management: Guide and prepare candidates throughout the interview process
- Client Engagement: Partner with hiring managers and tech leads to deliver outstanding results
- Performance: Work towards and exceed personal and team targets, developing into a full 360 consultant
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Minimum 2:1 degree (any discipline)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a professional, commercial, or sales environment (preferred but not essential)
- Highly motivated, competitive, and financially driven
- Genuine interest in the Tech industry.
