The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll start your career with a 4-week intensive training academy, combining classroom learning, external trainer sessions, and on-the-job coaching.
You’ll quickly gain hands-on experience working with clients and candidates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify high-quality candidates
- Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent
- Proactively headhunt exceptional candidates through a variety of methods
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Attend client meetings and understand hiring needs
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end (interviews, feedback, offers)
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Build your personal brand within your specialist market
What We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate (2:1 or above), or proven sales experience
- Hard-working, driven, and highly motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A clear record of commitment e.g. in sports, music, drama, or other pursuits
- A genuine desire to build a career in recruitment and become an expert in your field
