The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • £28k base salary with on target earnings in year 1 of £55k!
  • Salary increase to £30k after 3 month probation
  • Market leading commission structure up to 50% with no threshold
  • Exceptional 2 month learning and development programme delivered by internal and external trainer in order to get you up to speed with the market
  • WFH opportunities with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
  • Summer and winter holiday incentives to the likes of Dubai, Ibiza, Marbella, skiing in the Alps, New York and Amsterdam
  • Transparent career progression from day 1, with a direct route up to Partner level. First promotion typically seen in 6-8 months
  • Average deal size of £60k
  • Ability to meet with clients from day 1 regardless of seniority
  • Quarterly incentives for top performers, which include trips to Michelin Star restaurants, weekend European breaks, and £1000 shopping sprees on the company card!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Headhunting Candidates:

  • Sourcing candidates via cold calls, social media platforms, job boards, referrals etc.
  • Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
  • Interviewing/screening candidates
  • Guiding candidates throughout the whole interview process and providing advice and feedback along the way

Business Development:

  • Cold calling potential new clients
  • Building a great relationship with the clients
  • Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs

The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Hardworking and results driven with a real drive to earn big!
  • Competitive in nature, a background in sports or a similar background is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and ability to hold your own against C-Suit individuals
  • Strong academics or relevant sales experience
