What will your role involve – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the recruitment process. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent, building relationships, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Talent Sourcing: Use innovative tools and platforms to find the best candidates in the digital space.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and aspirations.
• Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, hiring strategies, and candidate availability.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement and beyond.
