Specialising in private practice law across the US, we partner with top-tier lawyers-from associates to partners-across M&A, Private Equity, Tax, and Litigation.
This is not your average grad role. You’ll be working directly with our founders, who bring 35+ years of industry experience, giving you hands-on mentorship and insight from day one. You’ll gain immediate exposure to client meetings, helping you build deep, strategic relationships with key decision-makers-and getting you one step closer to making serious money.

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £40k!
- Year 2 OTE £63k!
- Progression pathway tailored for each individual entering the business
- Average fee size of £52k
- Finish at 12pm on a Friday! Start the weekend off right
- Twice a year holiday incentives to the likes of Dubai, Amsterdam, New York etc.
- 8 week training programme with a mixture of internal and external trainers to get you up to speed!
- Ability to meet with clients from day 1!
- WFH twice a week
- Exceptional commission structure with no threshold, and goes up to 40%
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Headhunting Candidates:
- Sourcing candidates via cold calls, social media platforms, job boards, referrals etc.
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing/screening candidates
- Guiding candidates throughout the whole interview process and providing advice and feedback along the way
Business Development:
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with the clients
- Meeting new and current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Financially motivated – strong desire to earn big and be successful
- Background in sports or competitive hobbies
- Confident and articulate
- Strong academics or relevant sales experience
- Hardworking and results driven
