About the Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

A Day in the Life – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
No two days are ever the same! You’ll start by learning how to identify top talent through a range of methods and match them to exciting opportunities. You will support candidates throughout the interview process and negotiate offers to ensure a perfect match for both parties. You’ll then move into sourcing your own clients through business development and building long-lasting relationships. Persistence, people skills, and ambition are key to success in this fast-moving role.
