The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Founded in 2007 by two industry veterans with over 35 years of combined experience , this specialist legal recruitment firm partners with top-tier law firms, banks, corporates and global financial institutions.
With offices expanding internationally (including plans for a US office in the next two years), we’re now searching for 6 ambitious individuals to join our trainee cohort. You’ll be coached directly by the company founders, learning everything you need to be a recruitment powerhouse.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic business, connecting exceptional legal talent with industry-leading clients:
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Source and interview top legal professionals
- Drive business development and identify new opportunities
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Stay ahead of market trends and grow your professional network
