I am partnering with a leading name in the Go-To-Market space that builds tech teams for some huge businesses including AirBnB, Apple, Uber, and Amazon! They are offering a great opportunity to earn commission ON TOP of your base salary.

What the role entails: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Conduct detailed market mapping to identify and headhunt top-tier talent
• Build and maintain relationships with VERY impressive clients, proactively winning new business
• Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening call to final placement
• Lead contract and salary negotiations to ensure successful outcomes for all parties

What you need: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• A degree from a top 50 university
• Confident, personable, and ability to form long-lasting relationships
• Previous commercial work experience (sales experience is a plus)
• Strong work ethic with a drive to achieve success
• Motivated to become a BIG earner
• Competitive mindset, ideally with a background in sports
