The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary with an increase to £30k once promoted to consultant
- 40% commission structure with no threshold to maximise your earnings
- OTE in year 1 of £55k
- Average promotion target by 5-6 months – promoted once completing a certain amount of deals
- Work from home 1-2 days a week once promoted
- Office based in central London
- 2x holiday incentives a year – Marbella and the Alps
- Quarterly socials with the whole office such as Ascot, Winter Wonderland or city breaks
- Smart Casual dress
- Early finish Fridays!
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 360 recruitment – end to end
- This involves undergoing your own business development and sourcing your own clients
- Offering your specialist knowledge of the market and consulting clients on hiring plans
- Sourcing their candidate through headhunting, cold calling, and advertising
- Screening them and setting up interviews for them
- Negotiate their offer and contract
The Perfect Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Competitive – sports background
- Ambitious and hard working
- Resilient – you will push yourself
- Sales experience
- Financially motivated
