The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent and building long-term client relationships. You’ll be trained to manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:
- Developing new business opportunities and building client partnerships
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Working alongside experienced consultants and directors to learn best-in-class recruitment methods
You’ll join a high-performing, social team with a clear career path to senior roles
The Ideal Candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking for driven, outgoing graduates who want to fast-track their career in recruitment. The ideal person will have:
- A natural confidence and strong communication skills
- Competitive drive and resilience to succeed in a target-driven environment
- A people-focused approach, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ambition to progress and earn well above the market average
- Any sales, customer-facing, or extracurricular experience is a bonus, but not essential
