• Base salary of £27,000 with on target earnings in year 1 of £55,000!
• Transparent career progression from day 1!

• Direct training from both partners and external trainers, allowing you to tailor training around what works best for you
• Quarterly incentives for top performers during that period which include dining at London’s top restaurants, European city breaks and shopping sprees!
• WFH opportunities once training is completed with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home!
• Late start and early finishes on Fridays, allowing you to get your weekend off to a great start
• Last Friday of each quarter off! Allowing you to use it as a wellness day to recharge!

• Plan day & update CRM- Review emails, plan tasks and log activities.
• Business Development- Cold call potential clients, pitch services and secure roles.
• Job Management- Take briefs, write/ post job ads.
• Source Candidates- Search databases, screen CVs, interview prospects.
• Match & Manage- Submit candidates coordinate interviews, gather feedback.
• Close & follow up- Manage offers, support onboarding, maintain relationships.
• Track Performance- Monitor KPIs and pipeline progress.

• Good academics- 2:2 or above from University OR commercial experience
• Financially motivated- a strong desire to earn big and be successful!
• Ambitious and driven- having the want to work your way up the career ladder
• Commercially minded- internships are desired but not necessary Competitive individual- background in sports is highly sort after!
