What You’ll be doing – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Building relationships with top hedge fund talent and clients
• Proactively sourcing candidates and managing the full hiring process
• Winning new clients and growing your own portfolio from day one
• Negotiating offers and closing high-value deals
• Playing a key role in scaling a high-performing boutique agency

What we’re looking for – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Degree educated (2:1 preferred)
• Work experience that shows resilience and drive (sales experience is a massive plus!)
• Ambition, competitiveness and the motivation to succeed
• Financially driven and the desire to work your way up the ladder
