Based in Bank, London, this office is looking to increase from 25 heads to 30 by December 2025. They want bright and motivated individuals to grow their presence in the FinTech sector, hoping to break into the US market in the new year.
With their newest hire billing 300k in their first year, this market is booming at the moment and will give you the opportunity to maximize your earning potential.
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
360 Recruitment:
- Undergoing your own business development by headhunting your own clients to work with
- Offering your expertise on the market, advising them on hiring processes
- Headhunting and cold calling candidates, screening them to see if they fit the criteria
- Organising their interviews and giving advice on how to answer interview questions
- Making a successful placement and negotiating the contract and deal size
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with an increase to 30k once promoted
- 35% commission structure with no threshold
- Promotion based on targets – progression within 4-6 months
- Offices in both London and New York
- Work from home 1 day a week
- OTE for year 1 = 40k+
- Hands-on training from the top billers in the company
