- £26k base salary with the potential to earn £45k+ OTE in your first year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be vital in helping companies find top talent. You’ll be involved in:
- Job Definition – Understanding the role and what qualifications and skills are required.
- Sourcing – Attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screening – Shortlisting candidates based on their resumes and experience.
- Interviewing – Conducting interviews and assessments to find the best fit.
- Selection – Choosing the most qualified candidate for the role.
- Offer and Negotiation – Presenting job offers and negotiating terms.
- Onboarding – Ensuring a smooth integration for the new hire.

- A degree or relevant sales experience
- Hardworking and results-driven with a desire to succeed
- Money-driven – a genuine desire to achieve financial success
- Confident in speaking with a variety of people
