What We’re Offering You – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27.5K base salary + £45K OTE in Year 1 – Earn while you learn!
- Salary increase to £32.5K upon your first promotion (typically within 6-9 months) – Fast-track your earnings!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Prospecting and Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients and candidates, effectively pitching the services and roles you offer, while handling any rejection that comes your way.
- Candidate Guidance & Support: Walk candidates through every step of the recruitment process, providing valuable advice and support, and managing any negotiations that arise.
- Deal Negotiation: Take charge of negotiating terms and closing deals to ensure mutual satisfaction and success.
- Client Meetings: Attend meetings with clients to gain a deep understanding of their specific hiring needs and what they’re looking for in top talent.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting regular market research to keep informed on the latest trends and developments in your sector.
