Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent within the life sciences sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates through effective communication and understanding of their career goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by delivering qualified and well-matched candidates.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and placement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Contribute to the development of industry-specific recruitment strategies.
Qualifications: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
