What You’ll Be Doing – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Consulting clients in the finance sector, as you will be mapping the market and getting a great understanding of current trends
- Offering your services and headhunting the candidates they are looking for. This is done via cold calling, networking and using the database
- Showing why you are worth working with as you place the best candidates into their business because you have prepared them well
- Get an offer for your candidate, negotiate the contract and make the deal! £££ in your pocket
