- £30k base salary with OTE in year one of £55k!

The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold Calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/ role you can offer them, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
- Guiding candidates through the process offing advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place.
- Negotiating deals.
- Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/ understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires.
- Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector.
The Ideal Candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Financially driven with a string desire to earn big and be successful!
- Competitive in nature, an individual who thrives in these sort of environments. A background in a competitive sport or similar is a massive plus!
- Confident and have the ability to hold your own against senior individuals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
