The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your role would consist of:

• Business development

• Building and maintaining client relationships with pre-existing clients

• Writing creative adverts to attract the best talent

• Managing the hiring process – screen candidates, prepare suitable candidates for interviews, act as the middleperson between candidate and client

• Secure an offer for your candidate and celebrate your success! ££££

The Requirements:

• Degree educated – 2:2 or higher
