What You’ll Do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Within your role, you will be given training from day one, and throughout your career. You’ll be trained by the best in the business, with hands-on workshops and one-to-one support from your direct manager.

Your role will involve:

• Source potential candidates using various methods including databases and social platforms
• Manage the candidate process from initial screening to placement
• Attending client meetings, understanding their roles and requirements
• Networking with industry-leading experts
• Market mapping of the industry
• Build your own personal brand
• Creating innovative and attractive adverts
