The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £26k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £60k
- One graduate has made over £12,000 in commission since he joined 3 months ago!
- Offices in the US and London
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays and office closure between Christmas and New Year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients (on the phone and face-to-face)
- Identify and engage new business to understand their hiring needs
- Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, recruiter searches and headhunting
- Prepare candidates for interviews and coach them for success
- Manage feedback, close placements, and ensure satisfaction for both parties
