The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

In the next phase of our growth, we’re excited to announce plans to expand into the US, with a new office opening in Miami in summer 2025. This follows the successful launches of our offices in London and Dubai. We’re on the lookout for driven individuals who recognise the unique opportunity this expansion offers.
As part of our team, you’ll work with leading tech companies such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, gaining direct exposure to clients from the outset and even having the chance to meet them in person. And yes, this includes an all-expenses-paid trip to the US

- £26k base salary with OTE in year of £55k

- A very competitive commission structure going all the way up to 45% with no threshold
- Late start and early finishes on Fridays – (10am-4pm) start the weekend off right!
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold Calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/role you can offer them
- Guiding candidates through the process offering advice and support on different stages of the process
- Negotiating deals
- Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/understanding of what they are looking for in their new hires
- Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Financially driven with a strong desire to earn big and be successful!
- Competitive in nature, an individual who thrives in these sort of environments. A background in a competitive sport or similar is a massive plus!
- Confident and the ability to hold your own against senior individuals
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
