The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27,000 base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Headhunting Candidates:
- Sourcing candidates via cold calls, social media platforms, job boards, referrals etc.
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing/screening candidates
- Guiding candidates throughout the whole interview process and providing advice/feedback along the way
Business Development:
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with clients
- Meeting new and current clients to understand their exact hiring needs

- Degree educated or relevant sales experience
