• Headhunting & Talent Mapping – Identify and engage with top-tier candidates.

• Client Interaction – Assist senior consultants in high-level client projects, meetings, and presentations.
• Relationship Building – Establish and nurture connections with industry leaders.
• Consultative Approach – Advise both clients and candidates on the best opportunities available.
